So you’re over 40 and want to get in shape (you think).
Well then…
Let me tell you what happened to Tom…
He bought an exercise dvd because he was tired of being tired. he wanted to get into shape, he wanted to fit into his clothes, and he wanted energy – lots of it!
So he put on his old sweats, put on the video, and here was this barely 20 something girl in the shape of a toothpick, grinning menacingly (I swear!) at the camera like she was going to take a bite out it. .
“Don’t worry,” she says. “We’re going to start out sloooowwww.”
Big happy smile on her face.
Barely five minutes into her jumping – dancing – gyrating routine, Tom collapsed on the couch, completely confused, annoyed and frustrated.
Maybe, just maybe Tom could have kept up with her for awhile, but just when he was able to copy one of her moves, she was on to the next one like a crazed rabbit.
“Okay,” she grins, “Put your left arm up and step with your right foot and put your other arm out and hop with your left leg while bending at the waist and touch your forehead to the floor and snap back up and whirl your arms while moving your legs out and in and then turn right and roll down and alide and back up and bend and reach your arms way out…”
Holy cow!! Tom gave up.
Who exercises like this???
Then I told Tom about a better way that I found.
So you’re over 40.
You want to get in shape.
You want to feel good, look good, and have lots of energy.
You don’t need a barely 20′s cutie telling you, someone twice her age, how to get in shape.
Because frankly, she doesn’t have a clue.
What she teaches might be fine for people her age.
But Tom needed to learn from someone his age or older who is in the best shape of their lives.
Now that is someone who can teach the over 40′s how to be fit and feel great…
